AI has already seriously transformed the way we work as Product Managers and Product Owners. Analysing a need, writing specifications, creating wireframes and even generating working prototypes: it's already part of the daily routine!
But once the prototype is built, why stop there?
What if our prototype also became our best sales pitch? What if it could explain its own features, guide the client through complex concepts or collect user feedback? What if, instead of piling up documents and meetings, we made the prototype the main communication tool around the product?
In this session, I'll share my approach to prototyping with AI: build just what is needed, then experiment, repurpose and enrich the prototype to make it play roles nobody would have imagined for it.
All illustrated by two client stories, including a project for Pairi Daiza, where we explored in particular how to bring on board teams with very different profiles and turn complex validation processes into simple, engaging interactive experiences.
An invitation to rethink our job, step away from traditional deliverables and, above all, experiment much more. Because with AI, the prototype is no longer a project step but probably the most powerful tool to move it forward.
