How to come to DevDay
Registration goes through your institution, which gathers interested students and handles the process. It doesn't matter whether your school has attended before.

Via the form below. An estimate of the number of students is enough — no named list at this stage.
2. We validate your request
Eligibility check and confirmation of the available quota. Reply within [X working days].

4. Invoicing to the institution
A single invoice, based on the list sent. [Payment terms].
5. Receiving the tickets
Named tickets are sent to the contact person, who distributes them to the students.

No, DevDay aims to bring together everyone in tech who contributes to software development. The audience is mostly developers, but also AI Builders and business leaders. The programme is designed to offer relevant content to all three profiles, at varying levels of technicality.
No. DevDay is open to all profiles, whether it's your first talk or your tenth. What matters is the value of what you have to share. Speakers are chosen by a selection committee that assesses sessions on their relevance and fit within the programme.
Absolutely! DevDay is the ideal place to meet and talk with other developers, AI Builders and leaders of the tech scene. Dedicated moments throughout the day give you time to network: breaks, lunch and the afterwork at the end of the event.
Yes. An invoice in your company's name is issued for each ticket. For a purchase order or a specific procurement procedure, contact contact@devday.be.
DevDay is mainly held in French, reflecting its roots in Wallonia. Some sessions may be given in English depending on the invited speakers.
DevDay is looking for concrete first-hand experience: a difficult technical decision, a system put to the test, an architecture that evolved under constraint. DevDay is committed to putting both international and local experts on stage. We also make sure the diversity of the profession is represented. Vendor proposals and purely promotional talks are not accepted.

Yes, tickets are personal but transferable up to 7 days before the event by contacting contact@devday.be with the details of the replacement attendee.
DevDay is an in-person experience: sessions are not recorded for replay. That's what makes the encounters, the conversations and the energy of the day unique.
