The Palais des Congrès is a five-minute walk from Mons station, in the heart of the city.

By train: 45 min from Brussels, 30 min from Charleroi, 1 h from Lille.
By car: E19 and E42, paid parking on site and public car parks nearby.
Venue fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The schedule

A full day

A packed day, from the welcome breakfast to the afterparty. Exact times will be published with the programme in October.

Morning: welcome breakfast, opening and first sessions.
Midday: lunch and networking.
Afternoon: sessions in seven parallel rooms.
Evening: closing drinks, then the afterparty.
