Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m a Senior Global Black Belt in Developer Productivity at Microsoft, where I help some of the world’s largest engineering teams adopt AI coding assistants, scale modern dev practices, and build secure, reliable software.
I’m passionate about AI Native Development—a new paradigm where natural language becomes the programming interface. I love exploring how LLMs can move us from one-off hacks to sustainable, scalable engineering workflows.
Before Microsoft, I worked at GitHub and SonarQube, and I’ve also been a hands-on developer and co-founding CTO. That mix of startup scrappiness and enterprise scale taught me that the real challenge isn’t the next shiny tool—it’s turning early wins into lasting productivity.
